How does it all work?

STEP 1 | REACH OUT & CONNECT

Have a trip in mind or are you looking for more specific details on how Tourvoz can enhance your next travel adventure? Reach out to connect and start the conversation. We'll discuss the basics - who, what, when, where, and why. Your travel style, priorities, and budget will also be covered. If necessary, we'll agree on the service fee for your trip, and discuss a timeline.

STEP 2 | LET THE FUN BEGIN!

When you’re ready to proceed, you will then need to answer a few questions and share insights into your travel preferences, including reward program numbers, dietary restrictions, and more. If a service fee is required for your trip, it will be paid at this time and an agreement will be signed.

STEP 3 | PROPOSALS & REFINEMENTS

Once you’ve shared your preferences, and an agreement is signed, the proposal process begins. Within days, your custom itinerary proposal will be shared, and will become the foundation of your travel experience.After reviewing the initial proposal, we will continue to collaborate and adjust your itinerary until it flows just as you would like.

Note: During this phase, nothing has been booked on your behalf, so rates are subject to change.

STEP 4 | BOOK IT!

After we make the final revisions to your itinerary, it is time to book your vacation! If any deposits to hotels or travel partners are required, they will be due at this time, and I will take care of processing every last detail. We will continue to refine your trip, including restaurant options, additional tours, and more. The countdown is officially on!

STEP 5 | ITINERARY DELIVERY

Prior to your departure, a final day-by-day digital itinerary will be shared and you will be provided access to it all via a personalized mobile app! This includes any last tips and tricks for your travels, all of your confirmation details and any needed tickets - all in one, easy to access digital format.

STEP 6 | LET THE JET-SETTING BEGIN!

It's finally time to pack and jet set off to your destination! We will be available as questions arise throughout your journey, and will be in the background communicating with travel partners and hotels to triple check that they are fully prepared for your arrival.
